Services

FlatStack Pickup provides cardboard breakdown and haul-away services in designated service areas. We reserve the right to decline service where conditions are unsafe or outside our normal scope.

Scheduling & rescheduling

When you book a pickup, you choose an available date and time window. We may adjust your window for routing efficiency and will notify you by SMS or email where possible. You can reschedule within the options shown in our booking or reschedule tools.

Payments

We use third-party providers (such as Stripe) to process payments. You agree to pay all fees shown at checkout and authorize our payment processor to charge your selected payment method. Subscription plans will be billed according to the cadence and terms shown when you signed up.

SMS notifications

By providing your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to account-related SMS from FlatStack Pickup, including reminders, receipts, and reschedule links. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. We do not send marketing texts.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and service information.
• Ensure materials are reasonably accessible and safe for pickup.
• Notify us promptly if you need to change or cancel a scheduled pickup.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

Our services are provided on an "as-is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability to the amount you paid for the service giving rise to the claim.
